NOPI celebrates global flavours. It’s where pandan leaves meet pomegranate seeds, star anise meets sumac, and miso meets molasses. From the Middle East to the Far East, NOPI’s dishes are constantly changing, guided by the seasons and the creativity of our kitchen.
NOPI marked a new venture for us: our first full-service restaurant. It’s where our pantry expanded and we discovered new ways to create flavour. We serve lunch, pre theatre and dinner menus, with a low-intervention wine list and cocktails that change according to the availability of house shrubs and seasonal spices.
