Shack Fuyu started life as a pop up that was only intended to last until the next Winter – ‘Fuyu’ translates to winter in Japanese. Like all the best accidents, once we got started we just couldn’t stop.
Now a permanent fixture in the Soho restaurant scene, tradition isn’t what we go for, but great tasting food is. The Shack Fuyu menu is a playground, designed to delight and surprise from start to finish, it’s been that way since the very beginning. We still serve up the famous Prawn Toast masquerading as okonomiyaki and of course the cult favourite, Kinako French Toast.
