Ole & Steen is a premium Danish bakery born from the shared vision of two passionate bakers—Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebæk. Each opened their own bakeries in Denmark in the early 1990s and in 2008, they joined forces with a mission to revolutionise the bread experience. Their collaboration gave rise to Lagkagehuset, a bakery concept rooted in craftsmanship, quality and a deep respect for Danish baking traditions.
