Vios (‘βίος’ = ‘life’ in Greek), founded by brothers Constantine and Philippos, is an independent café & meze bar located in the historic Lanes of Brighton.
Inspired by their second home in Greece and other Mediterranean countries, the space has been carefully designed to bring a light and welcoming feel, with warm earthy colours, catching the essence of the sunny landscapes and sea breeze of the Mediterranean.
The no-fuss menu celebrates fresh, simple dishes made with quality ingredients and care that are full of flavours found in and around the areas they are inspired from. Expect freshly prepared sandwiches & wraps, salads, healthy yoghurt bowls, small meze plates, along with a selection of pastries and sweet treats.
